Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before drop-off

Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled parking start time and you get everything back, including our $3.99 service fee. No questions asked.

Inside 24 hours, you can still cancel

Plans change late. Within 24 hours of your parking start time you can still cancel right up to the moment your window opens — we refund everything you paid except the $3.99 service fee, which covers the cost of taking and holding the booking at short notice.

On a typical reservation that means the full parking charge comes back to you.

Once your parking window starts

After your scheduled start time has passed, the reservation is non-refundable — the space has been held for you and can no longer be resold. No-shows are treated the same way.

How to cancel

• Use the Cancel Your Booking link in your confirmation email, or
• Look up your reservation at Find my booking with your confirmation code and email, or
• If you have an account, cancel from My bookings.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.
