What is included in the price I see at checkout?
The lot's rate for your exact dates plus a flat service fee, listed as its own line before you pay. The total on the checkout page is the total charged to your card — nothing is added afterwards.
Do I need to print my reservation?
No. Your confirmation email carries a code in the form PSN-XXXXXX; showing it on your phone at the lot is enough. You can re-send the email any time from Find my booking.
Can I cancel or change a reservation after booking?
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before your drop-off time and you are refunded in full, service fee included. Inside that window you can still cancel and everything except the service fee comes back. Start from Find my booking or your account.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
Your car stays where it is — lots here operate around the clock, so a late arrival is not a problem. If you expect to pick up materially later than booked, contact the lot so they can extend your stay and settle any extra days directly.
